I can help with Anxiety Treatment.
The Hallmark of Panic Disorder: A panic attack is a sudden surge of overwhelming fear that comes without warning and without any obvious reason. It is far more intense than the feeling of being “stressed out” that most people experience. Symptoms of a panic attack include:
- racing heartbeat
- difficulty breathing, feeling as though you “can’t get enough air”
- terror that is almost paralyzing
- dizziness, lightheadedness or nausea
- trembling, sweating, shaking
- choking, chest pains
- hot flashes, or sudden chills
- tingling in fingers or toes (“pins and needles”)
- fear that you’re going to go crazy or are about to die
Testimonial: “Hi there! I wanted to tell you, I haven’t listened to the new recording yet, but last session and the few times I listened to the recording have really really changed my life! I used to feel so self-conscious about talking and speaking up, and now I can just talk and don’t care too much about what people think. I feel a drastic change within me and the interactions I have. I really feel more confident. I really can’t thank you enough. 🙂 ”

You probably recognize this as the classic “flight or fight” response that human beings experience when we are in a situation of danger. But during a panic attack, these symptoms seem to rise from out of nowhere. They occur in seemingly harmless situations–they can even happen while you are asleep.
In addition to the above symptoms, a panic attack is marked by the following conditions:
- it occurs suddenly, without any warning and without any way to stop it.
- the level of fear is way out of proportion to the actual situation; often, in fact, it’s completely unrelated.
- it passes in a few minutes; the body cannot sustain the “fight or flight” response for longer than that. However, repeated attacks can continue to recur for hours.

Some common areas that may induce panic attacks:
Performance, Stage Fright, Social Anxiety, Public Speaking, Dating, Test Taking, Health Issues and Air Planes
The primary cause for panic attacks, performance or test anxiety is the hidden judgments and misunderstandings behind them! In hypnosis, we know that at the subconscious level if you, change the way you think, you will change the way you perform and feel about performing.
Your thoughts control everything. You cannot have two different thoughts of the opposite nature occur at the same time. Through the practice of hypnosis, you replace anxious feelings with real calm and self-assurance. By desensitizing your anxiety you change subconscious defeating behavior. Besides desensitizing, hypnotherapy will imply specific positive associations of calm, comfort and self-assurance with an anchoring process. The anchor, which when in place, plays a major role in the program for the long term relief you will experience.
For actors and entertainers. For those of you, that are creative we use Hypnotherapy to release Anxiety.
Were you told as a child that performing was just a dream? Remove the misconceptions, deconstruct the trigger and reaction and watch your life change. Step into the performer or the writer, producer or director you know deep inside you are. Claim your talent!
People who are creative are usually able to visualize and imagine. Through hypnosis and the use of imagery of whatever it is you want to create and experience, such as remembering lines or losing nervous tension before an audition or performance, can be experienced deep within the subconscious mind. If the subconscious can see and experience what is desired, miracles will happen.
But, you don’t have to be super creative to experience the benefits of hypnosis and the breakthroughs you can have. Look at these testimonials on YELP.
I made it into medical school!
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, times infinity! A 26 on my MCAT is a great score to have and I can still stick my foot in the door with it, especially with my stellar GPA. I cannot thank you enough for helping me. Jean R
I Passed the test and got the job:
I went to see Rochelle to help me work through some self-doubt issues prior to a major job interview. I told her what specifically was bothering me, and she promptly zoomed in on the issue itself and stripped it down to its bones. We first talked for a bit and afterward, she moved onto a specific mind-shaping hypnosis, designed for my specific situation. She recorded it for me to listen to throughout the day, and I felt very light after I walked out. I aced my interview, so I know it worked! Thank you, Rochelle! Gossia
Rochelle is amazing and trull a gifted healer and care giver. The subconscious drives so much suffering and transformational hypnosis goes right to the source to address and heal these issues. I highly recommend Rochelle. John
What my clients say after sessions…
“My sessions with Rochelle have done wonders. My anxiety is at lower levels; the techniques (especially the breathing ones) have really helped.
“Rochelle is the one thing I needed in my life that I didn’t know was missing until I met her.
I found Rochelle and her services through an online deal. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I knew I needed help. I just lost a father to cancer, I was very unhappy with my life, and I had no one to turn to. I sought out other forms of therapy but I never got the results I was hoping for.
For as long as I could remember, I have dealt with serious anxiety, self-deprecation, and unhappiness. Aside from the traumatic family events, I had no reason to feel the way I did. I thought my way of thinking was completely normal and that everyone shows a certain amount of criticism towards themselves. After about 5 minutes with Rochelle, I realized that my way of thinking about my abilities and myself was unhealthy and NOT normal.
Once I recognized this, I didn’t know how to begin this change I so desperately needed, but that is where Rochelle stepped in. With her methods, she has truly OPENED my eyes. She showed me that I was so negative towards myself that it greatly impacted my relationships with my friends and family and my future goals.
Today, I am completely a new woman. I felt constricted within myself before, but now I feel like I can breathe and live my life. Currently, I’m working on test anxiety and increase of memory for the MCAT I have scheduled in April.
I look forward to seeing Rochelle every week and I cannot express how truly thankful and appreciative I am for her. She has given me a gift that one could only receive from within. Thank you Rochelle!”
